I WANT TO REMAIN A LAS VEGAS LIGHTS FC SEASON TICKET MEMBER, HOWEVER, I WOULD LIKE TO LOOK FOR DIFFERENT SEATS. IS THERE A RELOCATION PROCESS?

WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND A MATCH?
First of all, we would be really sad. And our Llamas would miss seeing you cheering for the Lights FC. But if you must miss a game, there are several ways to utilize your tickets throughout the season if you can’t attend a match:
Share with a friend, family member or co-worker: You can share your tickets by giving them to friends and family.
No Ticket Left Behind: Swap out your tickets throughout the season for additional tickets to a future match.
Please note that playoffs and special matches may not apply.
WHAT MATCHES ARE INCLUDED IN MY 2023 SEASON TICKET PACKAGE?
Las Vegas Lights FC 2023 season ticket packages include all Pre-Season matches, Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup & USL Regular Season matches, as well as any additional friendly matches featuring Las Vegas Lights FC at Cashman Field.
ARE TICKETS TO THE PLAYOFFS INCLUDED IN MY SEASON TICKET PACKAGE?
These tickets are not included in your season ticket package. You will receive an email notification with a priority purchase window before playoff tickets go on sale to the public.
WILL MY SEASON TICKETS AUTO-RENEW FOR THE 2024 USL SEASON?
Next summer you will receive information on the 2024 season ticket membership plans. All 2023 Season Ticket Members will have thirty (30) days to opt-out or your membership will simply continue hassle-free.
CAN I SIT NEXT TO MY FRIEND IF WE HAVE SEASON TICKETS IN THE SAME SECTION?
Yes, if at all possible based on availability, your season ticket account representative will work with you and your friend(s) to arrange seating locations next to each other during the relocation period. THE GENERAL ADMISSION SECTION IS THE MOST AFFORDABLE, BUT I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT MEANS. WHAT IS THE EXPERIENCE LIKE IN THIS SECTION?
The General Admission section is where Lights FC’s most vocal and enthusiastic die-hard fans live. The culture and atmosphere of this section includes standing, flags, drums, smoke bombs, chanting for the entire match, beer drinking and some adult language. These tickets are general admission seating only.
WHAT IS GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING?
General admission seating means that your ticket allows you access to a specific seating section, but there are no assigned seats within that section. It is a “first come, first served” seating environment.
IF I BUY A SEASON TICKET, DO I GET THE SAME SEAT TO EVERY MATCH IN MY SEASON TICKET PACKAGE?
Yes (other than for season tickets in the General Admission section, which are first come, first served).
DO INFANTS NEED A TICKET?
No. Children three years old and younger will receive complimentary access and do not need a ticket, assuming they will be sitting on the lap of a parent or guardian.
