The Lights receive an undisclosed fee and retain a sell-on percentage in the deal
LAS VEGAS (Wednesday, July 30, 2025) – Las Vegas Lights FC today announced that the club has transferred the rights to midfielder Kobe Hernandez-Foster to Detroit City FC for an undisclosed transfer fee and a sell-on percentage.
Last Saturday, the club announced it had acquired Hernandez-Foster’s rights from Birmingham Legion FC in exchange for defender Maliek Howell and an undisclosed fee.
Due to administrative paperwork delays with two simultaneous transfer agreements, the announcement of today’s transfer of Hernandez-Foster’s rights to Detroit was delayed from last Saturday.
