Las Vegas Lights FC today announced that the club has placed defender Gaoussou Samaké on Long-Term Injured Reserve.
Samaké suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury in his left knee during the club’s match against the Tampa Bay Rowdies on May 25, 2024 and underwent surgery in the following weeks.
The Ivorian will continue his rehabilitation with the Lights throughout the remainder of the season.
