$1 Off Each Ticket Purchased at Cashman Field Box Office By Fans Showing the “Red Heart” logo on their Nevada Drivers License Indicating They’ve Registered to #DonateLife.
July 11, 2023 (Las Vegas, NV) — Las Vegas Lights FC & the Nevada Donor Network announced today a unique season-long initiative to help raise awareness locally for organ donation — and to reward those in our community that have registered to #DonateLife.
Starting immediately, all fans with the “red heart” symbol on their Nevada Drivers License will receive $1.00 off each ticket purchased at the Cashman Field Box Office on Lights FC match days.
“Save lives & save money,” said Lights FC Owner & C.E.O. Brett Lashbrook. “There are hundreds of Nevadans currently waiting for the gift of life. Our hope is this this program not only rewards donors — but also raises awareness locally about signing up to #DonateLife. We’re proud to use our unique platform as a professional sports team locally to help raise awareness for important causes around the Valley.”.
The need for local residents to register as organ donors is at critical levels, especially within the local Hispanic community where organ donors often require additional demographic matches to ensure the success of the transplant.
