Las Vegas Lights FC today announced that the club has signed goalkeeper Joshua Moya, pending league and federation approval.
Moya is under contract with the Lights through the 2026 season upon completion of his 25-day contract with the club.
“We’re pleased to sign Josh permanently with the Lights,” said Sporting Director Gianleonardo Neglia. “Since joining us this summer on a 25-day contract, Josh has been an excellent teammate who brings high energy and a positive attitude in every training session. He’s earned the opportunity for his first full contract in this league.”
The 25-year-old goalkeeper enjoyed a five-year collegiate career across three universities: Folsom Lake College, University of the Pacific, and James Madison University. Across all three stops in college soccer, he recorded 16 clean sheets in 51 appearances, earning All-WCC honorable mention in 2024 at University of the Pacific.
Prior to the Lights, Moya signed a 25-day contract with Sacramento Republic on May 29, 2026. He first signed a 25-day contract in Las Vegas on July 30.
