The Lights took a point from Cardinale Stadium in the last match of the 2025 USL Championship regular season.

Las Vegas Lights FC drew 1-1 on the road at Monterey Bay FC on Saturday night.
The Lights took the lead in the third minute of play when Vaughn Covil assisted Patrick Leal, whose shot went straight into the bottom corner of Nico Campuzano’s goal to make things 1-0.
Vegas’ lead wouldn’t last long, though, as Mayele Malango scored in transition in the 28th minute for Monterey Bay.
The home side had a golden opportunity to get ahead in the 55th minute after a penalty was called on Lights defender Jack Singer, but Anton Søjberg sent his shot wide to the left of Carver Miller’s post.
Despite some late pressure and late chances, neither side could find a winner down the stretch.
