Las Vegas Lights FC today announced that the club has loaned forward Ben Mines to USL Championship side Hartford Athletic for the remainder of the 2026 season, pending league and federation approval.
The transaction was completed prior to the USL Championship Roster Freeze on Monday, Sept. 7.
Mines joined the Lights at the start of the 2026 season after spending the previous season with Loudoun United, where he made 14 goal contributions in 34 matches. He tallied 16 appearances for the club across all competitions, contributing three assists.
Las Vegas will return to Cashman Field on Saturday, September 19 to face Hartford Athletic for Hispanic Heritage Night. Tickets are available at lightsfc.com/tickets.
