Las Vegas, NV — In celebration of the upcoming President’s Day Weekend, Las Vegas Lights FC unveiled today a unique promotion in conjunction with its next Major League Soccer Spring Training match against Colorado Rapids this Saturday, February 16th at Cashman Field in downtown Las Vegas with a special start time of 2p.m. The promotion provides free admission to any Lights FC fan that shares the last name of any President of the United States of America.
“Mr. Trump, Mr. Obama, Mr. Bush, Mr. Clinton and Mr. Carter you’re all invited,” said Lights FC Owner & C.E.O. Brett Lashbrook referring to each of the currently living U.S. Presidents. “And if your last name happens to be Jefferson, Johnson, Wilson or any other of the 45 different U.S. Presidents — lucky you!”
Riding high after a dominant 5-1 upset victory over 2017 Major League Soccer champions Toronto FC, Lights FC will look to continue its winning ways against Major League Soccer opponents in new head coach Eric Wynalda’s debut season. Tickets for the match can be purchased at LightsFC.com starting as low as $15 per ticket.
Those fans who share the last name of a U.S. President must register by filling up the following form or by calling 702-728-4625, and on gameday they’ll be able to pick up their free ticket at the box office by presenting a photo identification.
