- Las Vegas Lights FC vs. Vancouver Whitecaps FC (MLS)
- The match is the second of three legs of the inaugural Soccer Spring Training at Cashman Field, which saw a capacity crowd of 10,387 fill Lights FC’s home venue last Saturday night for the opener vs. Montreal Impact.
- Whitecaps FC is bringing high hopes into its 2018 season, after finishing 3rd in the MLS Western Conference last season and advancing to the conference semifinals for the second time in three years.

- Match kickoff is at 8 p.m.
- The expanded Zappos Tailgate, featuring live music, a variety of food trucks, an experiential beer garden from Motley Brews and tailgate games for both kids and adults begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Cashman parking lot.
- Gates to the general public open at 7 p.m., with three available entrances at Cashman Field: The Main Gate, the Zappos Gate and the Stadium Corner Gate.

WHO TO KNOW FOR LIGHTS FC
- Head coach Jose Luis Sánchez Solá – “Chelís” is now officially the first man to coach in both the first and second divisions of professional soccer in both Mexico and the United States.
- Defender Marcelo Alatorre (#16) wore the Captain’s armband in last week’s Soccer Spring Training opener, further cementing the long-time LigaMX veteran’s role on the club as not only a leader on the pitch, but also a mentor to the roster’s younger players.
- Defender Joel Huiqui (#4), who has 15 career Mexican National Team caps, anchored a back line last Saturday that held Montreal scoreless for two-thirds of the match. The defense was one of the club’s bright spots a week ago, and attempts to do the same against a formidable Vancouver attack.
- Forward Gerardo Lugo (#23) will be out to get Lights FC’s attack on track. The LigaMX and Mexican National Team veteran has impressed in training camp since his arrival.
WHO TO KNOW FOR VANCOUVER WHITECAPS FC
- Forward Kei Kamara (#23) was a key acquisition for the club this offseason, as he enters his 12th season in MLS. The Sierra Leone international was both an MLS MVP finalist and part of the MLS Best XI in 2015 and is a 2-time MLS All-Star.
- Defender Kendall Waston (#4) is a Whitecaps FC captain, entering his fifth season with the club and his fifth in MLS overall. The Costa Rica international was a member of the MLS Best XI in both 2017 & 2015.
