Men’s & Women’s Adult soccer teams from throughout Las Vegas are invited to take the pitch where the pros play in a 3-day, 7 vs. 7 competition in DTLV.

The first chance for adult soccer players of all levels to take the same pitch as Las Vegas Lights FC is here, as Copa Lights will take place at Cashman Field from Friday, September 21 through Sunday, September 23.

Registration for the 3-day, 7 vs. 7 competition is now open at Each participant in Copa Lights will receive a complimentary ticket to Lights FC’s Sept. 29 home match vs. OKC Energy FC ($20 value), which will also be the first Bobblehead Night in club history. The first 5,000 fans in attendance on Sept. 29 will receive a bobblehead of Lights FC mascot “Cash the Soccer Rocker.”

Copa Lights is presented by the Latin Chamber of Commerce and the Nevada Adult Soccer Association.

The first Copa Lights tournament will feature men’s and women’s open divisions, with a minimum of 10 players registered per team (maximum 15 players per team). Registration is $35 per player, and can be paid either by credit card at, or by cash at the Lights FC offices at Zappos Headquarters in Downtown Las Vegas (400 Stewart Ave., Las Vegas, NV, 89101).

Teams will compete for a variety of Las Vegas Lights FC prizes, while taking the same field their hometown team does during the United Soccer League season.

“Nevada Adult Soccer Association is proud to partner with Lights FC to create this unique opportunity to support amateur soccer in southern Nevada,” said NASA President Frederic Apcar. “Allowing our local players to compete under the lights at Cashman Field in the same stadium as the pros will only help further grow adult soccer interest locally.”

Copa Lights is just one part of a robust September schedule the club features during the month ahead. Along with Bobblehead Night, the schedule will feature a $5,000 Helicopter Cash Drop at halftime of the Sept. 8 home match vs. LA Galaxy II, a pair of exclusive Season Ticket Member parties on Sept. 12 & 18, a Mexican Independence Day fireworks celebration following the Sept. 16 home match vs. Portland Timbers 2 and much more.
